Down By The Riverside with Ivana Gonzalez- Plaza de Espana, Santo Domingo

We had a wonderful concert last night in the beautiful Plaza de Espana in Santo Domingo...  the smoke machines were in full effect.

The highlight for me was having the incredible young, local drummer Ivana Gonzalez sit in with us- combining a traditional Dominican groove with one of America's oldest traditional songs, "Down By The Riverside."

This kind of thing is why we're here-  the give and take was a joy.
